Division Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work within children Social Services based in Liverpool City Council.

Liverpool City Council require an agency worker in the Disabled Children’s Team whose remit is to provide support to disabled children with complex needs who need specialist services from Children’s Services.

The service offers a high quality support service aimed at supporting disabled children and young people remain in their homes and communities through Child In Need plans, child protection plans, overnight breaks, direct payments and care packages.

The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £43 per hour and has an initial 3-month contract.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant experience working within a similar role
